This E-course and its videos, documents and other associated content (hereinafter inclusively referred to as “E-course”) has been produced by Compassio Medical, LLC.

When you purchase our E-course, you agree to the terms set forth below.

All sales are final for E-courses, and no refunds are issued for online courses once a sale is completed. The supplies and props used for any exercises instructed are not included in the purchase price of the E-course.

Hold Harmless, Indemnity, and Jurisdiction

HOLD HARMLESS In no event shall Compassio Medical, LLC and/or Dr. Jeffrey Lacour, any person providing educational information in the E-course (each a “Presenter”), or any other third parties participating or mentioned in the E-course, be liable for any claims or damages (including, without limitation, direct, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury/wrongful death, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the content presented, or my participation, in the E-course, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Compassio Medical, LLC and/or Dr. Jeffrey Lacour is advised of the possibility of such damages.

INDEMNITY You agree to defend and indemnify Dr. Jeffrey Lacour and Compassio Medical, LLC, its officers, trustees, employees, agents, content providers, Presenters, and other third parties, against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your participation in this E-course, including but not limited to claims arising in connection with your care and treatment of patients.

JURISDICTION These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute in any way relating to your participation in this E-course will be in Louisiana state and federal courts, and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Louisiana in connection with any such dispute falling under the terms of this Agreement.
